An interactive micro-site for Arrow
Redesigning the employee onboarding process

The Challenge
Arrow needed a modern, engaging way to welcome new employees. The goal was to create a microsite where new hires could explore the company’s divisions, watch videos, and learn about Arrow’s mission - all while maintaining a strong brand presence and intuitive experience.
What I Did
I led UX and UI design for the entire experience, collaborating closely with the agency Sibling Rivalry to bring their “Bullseye” navigation concept to life on desktop. I also developed an elegant mobile solution that replaced the bullseye with a clean, stacked menu for smaller screens, ensuring clarity and usability.
Key Outcomes
The launch was a complete success and received overwhelmingly positive feedback. The retiring key client stakeholder called this one of his favorite contributions to the company he’d served for decades.
Reflection
This project reinforced how thoughtful design can have a lasting impact not just on end users, but on the people and teams behind a business.
