A Self Service Portal for HPE
Transforming complexity into visual clarity
Client: Hewlett Packard Enterprise - a global leader in enterprise IT solutions
Role: UX & UI Designer

The Challenge
HPE needed a robust self-service portal where customers could manage their library of digital assets. The platform had to support buying licenses, distributing them across teams, and tracking usage - all in a clear, scalable experience that worked for tens of thousands of users worldwide.

What I Did
I designed all visual elements and the core navigation experience, collaborating closely with our lead designer to map complex user flows and ensure the interface was both intuitive and highly functional.

Key Outcomes
The platform was, and still is a great success, earning the trust to evolve the entire site to be in line with HPE’s 2025 brand redesign. Today, the portal is relied on globally by customers managing their enterprise software.
Reflection
This was my first project with the HPE team, offering a deep look into the scale and pace of big corporate design. Despite the team and stakeholders being distributed across 3 different continents, we delivered a complex, high-impact product in a little under two years.
